Services
We arrange trained nurses, patient attendants, physiotherapy, doctor visits at home and medical equipment on rent. Service availability depends on the patient's requirement, location and caregiver availability at the time of booking.
Not an emergency service
Nupaal Healthcare Solutions is not an emergency medical service. In a medical emergency, contact your nearest hospital or emergency services immediately. Nothing on this website is medical advice or a substitute for consulting a qualified doctor.
Bookings, charges and cancellation
Charges are confirmed in writing before a placement or equipment delivery begins. Any change to shift length, service type or duration may change the applicable charges. Cancellation and replacement terms are shared with your quote.
Client responsibilities
Please share accurate details of the patient's condition and needs, provide a safe working environment for caregivers, and follow the usage instructions supplied with any rented equipment. Rented equipment remains our property and should be returned in working condition.
