How much do home nursing services cost?
Charges depend on the type of care, shift length and the level of medical expertise required. We share a transparent, all-inclusive quote before any placement — there are no hidden charges.
What is the difference between a nurse and a patient attendant?
A nurse is a qualified professional who can handle clinical tasks such as injections, IV lines, wound dressing, catheter care and vitals monitoring. A patient attendant supports daily activities like feeding, hygiene, mobility and companionship.
Are your caregivers verified and trained?
Yes. Caregivers are background-verified and matched to each case based on training and experience, and a coordinator supervises the placement.
Can I request a replacement caregiver?
Yes. If the assigned caregiver is not the right fit, contact your coordinator and we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Do you provide care for a few hours only?
Yes. Short-term and visit-based care is available in addition to 12-hour and 24-hour shifts. Tell us the hours you need and we will suggest the right option.
Can I rent medical equipment for home use?
Yes. Hospital beds, oxygen concentrators, BiPAP machines, wheelchairs, patient monitors and more are available on rent with delivery, installation and support. Pricing is shared on request.
How quickly can care start?
Same-day arrangement is often possible in Kolkata, depending on the type of care and caregiver availability. Call us to check for your specific requirement.
Do you handle medical emergencies?
We are a home healthcare provider, not an emergency service. In a medical emergency, call your nearest hospital or emergency services immediately, then contact us to arrange follow-up care at home.
